Audio Books are great for listening to when you are otherwise engaged – such as in the car, or doing jobs or just relaxing – the sound of a pleasant voice telling a story is proven to be soothing – think about a time when you thought you would listen to a radio programme in bed – how many times did you drop off to sleep before the end?
