My grandma has hundreds of collectable spoons that we have to clean rather frequently. We were just wondering if there was something we could buy to help preserve them and make for easier and less frequent cleaning.

There is a product called silver cloth, it is meant to protect silver. so if you wrap the spoons in it, it should prevent any damage or tarnishing. The particular kind i found is 29 inches wide, and comes in only a brown color, and costs $ 5.99 per yard.

I got lots of old toys (dolls, cars, action figures) big & small collectibles which I would like to preserve in clear plastic enclosures. These items if enclosed, would be kept from dust and insects, and would give them a longer self-life. These would also serve as decorative piece, can be displayed in your living or bedroom or somewhere inside your home you found appropriate.

There are books on this. See-Vacuum forming.
Also clear acrylic sheet (at hardware store) can be cut, sanded, and glued to make sturdy cases. Accuracy of the fitted pieces is imperative!
